Analysis of the objective truth, that we are responsible for our life 100%, I call it practical wisdom. The narcissists personalities is one of the most difficult areas of the psychologists thus in this subject it's a little bit weak. I know we all meet somehow a toxic person in our lifetime. This book explains everything about how to break free or avoid a toxic person and I find this book amazing simply because it explains the behavior and where a toxic person inherits it. It explains the phycological reasoning behind why we have different views in life. I admire how the author includes this pandemic as one of the examples of how people view it differently. I really take note of the techniques the author provides on how we deal with and protect ourselves from sociopaths and about the topic of subtle toxic behavior. This survival guide serves as that nudge that we all need to reassess the people in our lives and the role they play. It also gives great pointers on how to deal with the toxic people in our lives.
